Visit the Seaway Mall Health & Wellness Show on January 26-27th. Plenty of products and services will be here from our community to showcase their unique ways in which they help promote a healthy lifestyle. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn about wellness that taps into the mind, body, and soul! Come out as a guest–there is something for everyone. We will also have the Niagara College RMT students here from 10am-3pm on Saturday January 27th as practice hours toward their schooling. See you there!
