The Backpack 2 School Campaign is Back at Seaway Mall!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the annual Backpack 2 School campaign running now to September 1st, in support of the YWCA! This initiative aims to provide needful children in our community with school supplies to start the academic year on a positive note!

How Can You Help?

• Donate items! For your convenience, Hart has offered to give a 20% discount on school supplies. A collection bin is located directly in their store by the register.
• Please like and re-share this campaign on your social media channels to create greater awareness.
• Donations can also be brought to the school bus located at Customer Service until September 1st 2023.
• Gift cards for children and teens are also accepted and can be given to Customer Service staff.

Reason Behind the Campaign

The proceeds will benefit the YWCA of Niagara, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing shelter, food and assistance to women and families in poverty. In past years we have also worked together with the YWCA of Niagara to raise awareness about homelessness in Niagara. This year, Hart has generously donated free backpacks to the campaign, but more items are still needed.
