Contest Rules

By entering any contests (the “Contest”) sponsored or promoted by Seaway Mall, participants agree to the following rules and regulations:

1. Eligibility

• Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified.
• Employees of Seaway Mall, its affiliates, advertising, promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Contest entry methods will be specified for each contest (e.g., in-mall entries, social media participation, etc.).
• Limit one entry per person, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
• All entries must be received by the closing date and time specified in the contest details.

3. Prizes

• The prize(s) will be described for each contest. No cash substitution, exchange, or refund is permitted, unless otherwise stated.
• Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Mall reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification unless otherwise specified. If a prize is not claimed within this period, the winner forfeits the prize.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected by random draw or other method specified in the contest details.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry (e.g., email, phone, etc.). If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, they forfeit the prize, and another winner may be selected.

5. Publicity

• By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or voice for promotional purposes without compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

6. Privacy

• Personal information collected during the Contest will only be used for the purposes of administering the Contest and in accordance with Seaway Mall’s privacy policy.

7. General Conditions

• Seaway Mall reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest, at its discretion, should circumstances beyond its control interfere with the Contest’s administration.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Seaway Mall, its affiliates, and any promotional partners from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of any prize.

8. Disqualification

• Seaway Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that does not comply with the rules or attempts to tamper with the Contest process.

9. Governing Law

• These Contest Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Ontario law.
